Despite challenges in the hiring landscape, FIIB’s innovative programs and strong partnerships with recruiting organizations continue to deliver impressive employment outcomes. The PGDM & PGDM FM Batch of 2024-26 achieved a remarkable 96% placement rate. Over 130+ companies participated, offering 156 diverse job profiles, with more than 300 corporate partners involved through both CIP and SIP initiatives. Our students secured opportunities across consulting, BFSI, analytics, operations, technology, marketing, and emerging AI-enabled business functions. Career outcomes began emerging as early as month 14 of the MBA journey, reflecting pathway-based preparation, industry immersion, AI-enabled learning exposure, and continuous employability development. Students built distinctive professional portfolios through internships, live projects, certifications, mentoring, industry interaction, and experiential learning initiatives.
